The Bay Bridge

Another of our wanderings took us along the Embarcadero and to The Bay Bridge. The Embarkadero is further
along than Fisherman's Warf (where you'd pick up a ferry to Alcatraz) and on the way to Pacific Bell Park, "the
ball park". We encountered the hordes on there way to the game that night bumping into a friendly Texan scouting
for spare tickets with his little hopeful sign and big voice. "You gowin to tha game folks.." when we said no and
sorry we don't have any spare tickets he shook our hands and exclaimed "you're Aussies! I love you guys!". We
instantly felt all warm and fuzzy for this friendly Texan and I hope he got tickets in the end. Unfortunately the
San Francisco Giants lost their division but we had fun barracking for them anyway.
